Deep Recovery 2.0 was been completely rewritten to make it easier to understand and apply. It is not a lecture, but a program with instruction, discussion and exercises to help you heal and develop lifelong skills.
This 12-Week course artfully draws together cutting-edge neuro-science, skill development and spiritual practices to promote recovery on the deepest levels.
After the 12 Week course is over, there is also an opportunity to continue to meet on a weekly basis, in an AA like meeting, where skills and principles are applied on a deeper level.
Who is this course for?
Deep Recovery is for anyone who is struggling with life-controlling behaviors and feelings. Alcohol and drug addiction, depression and anxiety, sexual and gambling addictions, etc - any of them can be helped by this method.
If you are actively struggling with a drug or alcohol addiction it is recommended that you seek an in-patient program or attend an out-patient program prior to attending Deep Recovery. Deep Recovery is the "next step" in overcoming problem behaviors.
Deep Recovery is for those who want to do more than "stop drinking" and want to learn how to find deep and lasting interior freedom and joy. It is for those who want to "rewire" their thinking and develop truly healthy patterns of living.
Currently Deep Recovery is a 12 week course, meeting once a week from 6:30-8:00. Dinner and child-care is provided. The course is free. Classes are held at Trinity Anglican Church, 180 Rochester Hill Road, Rochester, NH.
