Well, plenty! It's just that we have been too busy to talk about it.

Although we stopped producing the newsletter in 2023, our progressed has not slowed. In fact, we have only grown and gotten busier. Just under a year ago we held another presentation of the Messiah Oratorio for Christmas. It was an amazing performance, s always, led by our own Carlos Martinez. That was followed by the lighting of our Christmas cheche and singing Christmas carols.

Fast-forward through a busy Lenten and Easter Season and we gathered for our annual picnic. This time held on the grounds of Trinity. Everyone had a ball. Especially the children, who enjoyed the bouncy house and water slide. Although it was warm out, everyone enjoyed the food and fellowship.

October is a particularly busy month, especially for the clergy at Trinity. This year we had to synods back to back. The first was our diocesan synod in Concord. The second was the special joint synod with the Anglican Catholic Church (ACC). These occurred back-to-back because there was a special vote to rejoin the ACC. We concluded our time together in a unified synod. Officially, Trinity is now part of the Anglican Catholic Church.

Fall is a busy time of year at Trinity. This year we started a new Foundations in Christianity Course that will run through the year, in three parts. The first section on the Apostle's Creed will use Dr. Michael Bird's video series and book on the Creed. We also started our Inquirers Course and other courses.

The following week we hosted Dr. Philip Mamalakis for a Marriage and Family seminar. Dr. Mamalakis is author of Parenting Towards the Kingdom and gave an outstanding and encouraging presentation about parenting. This was followed by a special Luncheon put on by our St. Anne's Guild, showcasing St. Anne, the mother of the blessed virgin Mary. Our parish hall was packed full, but in truth, these days t is packed after every service for our fellowship luncheon after church.

What is upcoming? Stay tuned for our Thanksgiving Meal on Wednesday, November 23rd, to be followed by Lessons and Carols and then the lighting of the Christmas creche in December. And, of course Christmas at Trinity. You will want to come for our Midnight Mass.

<div id='452523806784571883-gallery' class='imageGallery' style='line-height: 0px; Folks go on vacation, spend time at the camp, or enjoy time with family. Once September rolls around though, things kick into high gear again. With Fall the leaves come down from the trees but at Trinity the season has us rise to new levels of fellowship and activity.

Our sixth rotation of Reboot Combat Recovery kicked off on September 5th. it was a small group, but the intimacy allowed us to be honest and transparent through the course. Not everyone finishes the course, and this time a couple could not continue. Still, graduation was marked
by the powerful testimony that "Dave" had given about how Reboot has changed His life.

This year we hosted our first annual Harvest Day Festival. It was well attended
in spite of the fact that
there were other large festivals on the same weekend. There was a moon bounce and games, and the music of Liz and Dan Faiella added the sound of lively music and joy to the whole event. Our own Logan Gabriel, a classically trained guitarist played lovely pieces of music inside, where much of the food was.

Not a month later, and it was time for our annual Christmas Fair. This long-standing event was organized entirely by our ladies guild
. There were baked
goods, crafts, Christmas gifts and a wide range of items for sale. On the day of the event, the traffic was so great that half of the stock sold by noon - in two hours! There were several raffle prize baskets that were raffled
away as well

During the month of November, we hosted a series of talks on our “We Believe…” statements, found at the front of our website and in our bulletins. Each statement begins with “We believe” and then names an important point of contact between our faith and contemporary society. There were seven talks altogether, each followed by lively discussion. One of the most important aspects of these talks was our fellowship around a simple shared meal. Trinity often provides ways for members to connect with one another outside of the Sunday Service to strengthen the bonds of affection.

The Fall also brought new friends. Trinity is growing, and this is shown
by the steady stream of people who come and visit the church and decide to
become members. We have had the privilege of welcoming several new faces to our congregation.

Next up, The Messiah Oratório! This event is a repeat of the amazing performance we offered last year. We expect to pack the house for this event. After this we will have our Christmas services. True to our mission statement, Trinity is a Parish on Purpose, and the schedule this fall gives ample evidence of the same.

1st Annual Trinity Bike Blessing

https://www.trinity-anglicanchurch.org/newsinsight/1st-annual-trinity-bike-blessing

https://www.trinity-anglicanchurch.org/newsinsight/1st-annual-trinity-bike-blessing#comments

Uncategorized

Motoring for Vets and Jesus While it is common knowledge at Trinity, Fr. It is little wonder then, that he would want to host a Blessing of the Bikes!

On Saturday May 18th, Trinity will host it's first ever Blessing of the Bikes! This event will help raise funds for our Reboot Combat Recovery Program. Reboot is for veterans who have returned home and are still struggling with some the consequences of serving. Funds will also go to help support veterans and others in recovery and are homeless.

Trinity will provide breakfast sandwiches and coffee as bikers begin to arrive at 9:00 am. At 10:00 am the short service will begin, followed by some prayers and finally, the sprinkling of the bikes. If other riders arrive after the start of the blessing Fr. Mirabile will continue to bless the bikes until 10:45, when they begin to prepare to leave for the ride itself. This is a rain or shine event. However, if it is raining, the ride itself may be called.

The event is open for all motorcycle enthusiasts and bikers. Whether one rides a Harley Davidson, Metric Cruiser, Goldwing, BMW or sport bike, all riders are welcome to attend. The event will finish with a ride up to Conway via route 153 for those who would like to ride on. Between the services, for those in the choir or were serving, we continued the tradition of gathering for a pot luck dinner at the rectory, hosted by Fr. Mirabile and his wife Inger.

On the Feast of the Epiphany we held our annual Three Kings play for the children. The play was organized by Beth Pearson.
